Located on 435 acres of pristine waterfront on the eastern branch of the Corrotoman River in Lancaster County Virginia, EAGLE LANDING is a unique community of 81 home sites surrounding an established American Bald Eagle habitat. I managed the development of this environmentally sensitive community for Delmarva Properties, Inc. from its inception through site preparation and construction of new homes.
